WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA DAIRY GOAT ASSOCIATION

Check out our brand new website!

What do we do in our club?

Our membership is open to anyone with an interest in promoting dairy goats, whether breeding, milking, showing, or for companions and pets.

Memberships are $20.00 per year/per herd.

Meetings are held each month on a rotating basis at members’ homes. At each meeting an informative program is presented.

Some of the topics we have enjoyed at our meetings have included:

* Basic care          * Kidding         * Kid Care       * Soapmaking         * Cheesemaking      *Showmanship

-Questions are encouraged, laughing and fun are commonplace!

We try to have a yearly ADGA-sanctioned show where owners of registered dairy goats are welcome to bring their goats to show and compete.

We invite you to join us and help promote the dairy goat. Our mission is to promote the dairy goat through education and information.

4-H members and families are encouraged to join.

We welcome visitors to our meetings and love helping new dairy goat owners get started
